Company Kislorod-1 specialized in special cryogenic, cryogenic vacuum and cooling equipment has worked at Russian and foreign markets for ten years. Having large experience of international cooperation company successfully carries out construction and erection works, commissioning, examination and diagnostics, repair and design works for many types of specialized equipment. These are:

air separation plants (ASU), helium and hydrogen liquefiers, cryogenic systems and units for various applications, vacuum, thermovacuum and cryogenic thermovacuum stratochambers and "outer space imitators", ground systems and cryogenic systems, fuel component and compressed gas supply systems at launching and technical positions of rocket and space complexes, medical gases supply systems and vacuum systems for health care objects, cooling units, air conditioning and ventilation systems, compressor and pump equipment.
The great amount of various equipment offered by the company fits almost all the leading industries - metallurgical, chemical plants, plants in fields of extracting and manufacturing industries; Plants, polygons, testing centers of rocket and space and defense complexes, Aircraft Forces and Navy Forces; Medical industry, health care objects, prophylactic treatment objects;º Meat and dairy industry, food industry; Electronics and power industry etc.
The company was founded in 1989. It employs professionals having many years of work experience in leading erection Trusts of Ministry of special erection and construction works and only after passing of competition. They successfully accomplished all the previous works in erection and tests of cryogenic and cryogenic vacuum systems at spaceports of "Bikonuure", "Plesezk" and leading Russian rocket and space equipment testing centers.
These systems and units are unique and they didn't have any analogues in Russia and even abroad. The company's achievements furthered application of the newly discovered technologies to the rocket - space industry.
The specialists of Kislorod-1 inherited the unique traditions of erection and testing of cryogenic equipment.
Flexibility of company's structure, economically literate organization, management and performance of special erection works and commissioning are fully adjusted for functioning in new economical conditions. Main style of company work is a complex performance of work starting from design of installation documentation and finishing with turn-key handing over including approvals in supervising bodies according to norms and regulations of Russian legislation.
If customer is missing specified documentation (partly or fully) company performs necessary design before start of erection and repair works.
All activities of company Kislorod-1 are covered by federal licenses:-State license of Gosstroy of Russia, Gosgortechnadzor of Russia, Certificate of Russian Space Agency.
During many years of it's history the company has performed erection, repair, commissioning and tests at more than 75 special cryogenic and cryogenic vacuum systems and units for rocket and space complex, metallurgical and chemical plants, health care objects and other industries in Russia, CIS countries and neighboring foreign countries.
We have an experience of international cooperation with famous foreign companies: AGA (Sweden), DRAGER, DEMAG, LINDE (Germany), etc. Kislorod-1 is ready to carry out erection, commissioning and testing works in accordance with Employer's country norms and regulations as well as with the Russian traditions.
Our successful cooperation with AGA company (one of the world leading producer of gases and liquified products) has led to the huge project "Forel" of AGA company - Balashihinsky oxygen plant (BKZ).
There were considered five possible candidates (companies from Russia and Europe) in the above mentioned project. Inspite of big competition Kislorod 1 was chosen for the project as the most respectable.
We deassembled in Finland and assembled at BKZ powerful air separation unit (ASU) in compliance with European standards of capability, carried out diagnostic works of eastern equipment for it's fitness for safe exploitation in Russia, registered the equipment in Gosgortehnadzor, carried out all the necessary preparation works with AGA's specialists.
Our company has also carried out the reconstruction of BKZ's structure in the field of storage and spread of liquid cryoproducts: mounted tanks for liquid oxygen with capacity 63 cube meters, tanks for liquid carbonic acid gas with capacity from 25 to 100cube meters, inner plant cryogenic communications.
All the erected equipment is covered by all the necessary Russian and international licenses.
The size of this project is impresses. The capacity of BKZ after reconstruction - dozens of tones of lequified gases per day. It's clients are more than 100 companies of various industries of Moscow and province. After reconstruction BKZ is the biggest liquid gas supplier of Moscow region.
All this has led to the partnership with AGA company. The close cooperation continues and is based on long term relationship. These are the further works on modernization and development of inner infrastructure of BKZ as regards the storage and transportation of liquid cryoproducts, repair works of ASU, creation of the necessary systems for storage these kind of products for customers of Moscow region.
The works of Kislorod-1 company at health care objects are permanent and long term. The work at medical objects is a matter of great responsibility. It requires high quality construction and service.

Our specialists carry out assembly and service works of centralized gas supply systems of various health care objects, even such as Cancer Scientific Center, President's Administration's health care objects, State Clinical Hospital (GKB) of S.P. Botkin in Moscow, the first Moscow Hospis etc.
Medics know the specialists of Kislorod-1 and entrust to us their objects. The reputation of the Hospital of Botkin is very high among the citizens of Russia, CIS and foreigners who need qualitative medical help. Specialists of our company accomplished the centralized gas supply systems of cryogen products related works that spread medical gases to 19 buildings of the Hospital. They achieved permanent and safe work of the equipment.
One project of Kislorod-1 is a matter of special attention. This work is beyond the traditional case. The reconstruction of the hospital in Budenovsk is meant here. In fact it was almost completely destroyed by chechen terrorists. The government of Russia recovered the damage under the personal guidance of the President Eltzin and Lujkov.
Our company coped with the government's task. The specialists of Kislorod-1 during seven months completely recovered and reconstructed the Hospital and it's air, oxygen and vacuum supply systems in seven buildings. Finally the Hospital became a big developed medical center of region importance. This work was assessed as excellent by the Russian Government.
It has to be noted that the main specialists of Kislorod-1 have come through a long term practice during the construction of cryogenic systems at space port "Bikonuur" This huge experience gave us an opportunity to manage the unique international project "See Lounch" (start platform "Odyssey") - mobile start complex of sea allocation, performed by international company "See Lounch". The world famous corporations took part in the project, such as: Boeing (USA), RKK "Energy" (Russia), constructing bureau "Southern" (Ukrain), "Kvaerner" company (Norwegian). The high world rating of the companies - participants speaks for itself.
The project is based on the modern Russian rocket "Zenit" with acceleration unit. Rockets of "Zenit" type have fully automatic landing start at cosmodrom "Bikonuur" created by the project of federal company KB of transport industry (KB TM). The core of the project is the rocket module (start complex), based on the sea platform. The project of this module was also accomplished by KB TM.
The complex provides rocket start from any place of equator region of the World Ocean. This provides the most economically optimized and safe routes of delivering cargo to outer space to enter an orbit. The project required great responsibility from the specialists and extremely tentative approach to the project because: it is the erection and testing of complex systems within small area, based at sea in a short period of time.
The rocket module was designed in accordance with Russian norms. But as far the construction took place at the sea platform, there was the necessity to do all the works in compliance with the requirements of the International Sea Register. This was Norwegian Sea Register (Det Norske Veritas - DNV). It was the first occasion in the world practice. That is why the question emerged concerning involvement of special organization into the process of rocket module erection. Such company should not just cope with the difficult project but also to work effectively under the DNV's control.
As a result of thorough analyses Kislorod-1 was chosen for the construction of fuel supplying systems. The professionals and work experience of the company was found adequate for the project level.
The set of works, accomplished at the platform by us was the following: design of performance documentation for all erection works (work performance plan - PPR and route passport of erection - MPM); erection; commissioning, examination and diagnostics of main fuel feeding systems that prepare the rocket "Zenit" for start: making it full of liquid oxygen; liquid and gas nitrogen; termostating, and performance all the steps of erection and testing to the experts from DNV.
We coped with all this unique works in a period of four months.
As a consequence we fixed our partnership with KB TM. The cooperation is long term in part of continuing the works on the project "Sea Lounch" as well as for erection works on ground cryo and fuel supplying systems of space port "Bikonuur".
